Unlimited Membership Terms & Conditions

One Wash Per Day

Your membership includes one wash per day, every day, during tunnel operating hours, for your registered vehicle and selected wash package.

Unlimited memberships apply to tunnel washes only. Self-service bays are not included.

Vehicle-Specific Membership Tags

Each membership tag is assigned to the specific vehicle for which it was issued. The tag must remain on that vehicle.

Removing a tag and using it on another vehicle is prohibited and subject to immediate suspension of the membership.

Automatic Monthly Billing

Your credit or debit card on file will automatically be charged your monthly membership rate each month on the same day of the month that your membership was created.

Your membership renews automatically until canceled.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your membership at any time by sending a text message to (248) 308-6387 or visiting Lyon Auto Wash in person.

After cancellation, your membership remains active until your next scheduled billing date. On that date, it will expire without renewing or charging you for another month.

Unused or Partial Months

Unused or partial membership months are non-refundable. No prorated refund will be issued for unused days within a paid membership period.

Vehicle Changes & Replacement Tags

Customers are responsible for notifying Lyon Auto Wash of any vehicle change, windshield replacement, or lost or damaged membership tag.

If a new tag is needed, the customer will be charged for the replacement tag.

Declined Payments

If a membership payment is declined, your membership tag will be temporarily suspended until a new valid payment method is in place.

Contact the wash or visit in person to update your payment method.

Temporary Closures

Lyon Auto Wash reserves the right to temporarily close due to weather, maintenance, or equipment issues.

No reimbursement will be issued for these closures.
